Resumé and Cover Letter

Robin Leah OShell

I'm a technologist, strategist, and founder with 20+ years of experience bridging business needs and technical execution. From my early days at The Learning Company to founding Aeon Media LLC in 2004 (now Aeon Development Group), I've worn nearly every hat in the software lifecycle, including engineer, analyst, product manager, and consultant. Today, as CEO of Aeon Development Group, I lead product engineering and serve as lead engineer for our ConnexAeon and FlowAeon platforms, while also contributing to LMX Systems. I work with AI-driven solutions, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, building smarter, more responsive systems. Outside the code, I'm a musician who approaches rhythm and structure the same way I approach software—and I bring that same creative precision to my CAD/CAM work, where design meets engineering. Great software is built at the crossroads of technical excellence, creativity, and human insight.
